Can I customize the shape and add fringe, chipping, and bunkers?
Yes — GolfGreens are custom-contoured layouts with multiple cup positions. We design greens with optional fringe (Select LR/HD/EL varieties), chipping areas, pitching turf, tee lines, and sand traps to fit your property and your short-game goals.
Is GolfGreens just for residential backyards?
No. GolfGreens are installed at hotels, resorts, retirement communities, senior living centers, country clubs, and apartment-complex amenity decks. Does GolfGreens require mowing, watering, or seasonal maintenance?
No mowing, no irrigation, no fertilizer, no overseeding. A periodic brushing keeps the putting surface playing true.
Do you also install BocceGrass and PickleballGrass courts?
Yes. BocceGrass® and PickleballGrass® are sister products in the GolfGreens family, designed specifically for backyard bocce and pickleball courts. ForeverLawn Kansas City has installed bocce courts including the one at City Place Apartments in Overland Park, KS.
Can a backyard putting green work on a Kansas City clay-soil lot?
Yes — KC clay soil is exactly what we engineer for. We build the base under the green with proper drainage tie-ins as the site demands, so the green stays level and drains instantly even after a heavy Kansas City rain. Recent KC installs include the multi-tier lakeside green photographed throughout this site (built on native clay with full base engineering). The putting surface isn't affected by clay below — it's the base prep that decides whether it lasts.
