Polyurethane scrape coat
Locks blades into a dual-layer woven foundation so they don't pull free under traffic, weight, or animal use. The seal that makes everything above it stay put.
Frothed urethane padding
Encapsulates blade stitching for abrasion protection and dimensional stability. Built with BioCel® — a renewable polyurethane derived from soybean plants.
Project Yellowstone geotextile
A nonwoven laminate made from 100% post-consumer recycled water bottles. Inhibits mold and mildew, and enables ForeverLawn's proprietary micromechanical seaming — no glue, no flapping seams.
